Are ADENI’s services chargeable for applicants ?

No, ADENI’s services are completely free of charge for applicants.

Can I also send an unsolicited application if I cannot find a suitable position in the vacancies on the website but am generally looking for a job?

Yes, you can apply at any time even if you don’t find an open position that may suit you. Furthermore, not all of our open positions are always listed on the website. After registering with us we will contact you to discuss your job aspirations and as soon as we have positions available that fit your expectations we will contact you again.

Which kind of documents are needed to register at ADENI? And how can I hand them in?

In order to register with ADENI you will need an updated version of your CV (at least in English). Further documents (e.g. certificates, proof of language competence etc.) are not needed for registering. You can hand them in later.

I have registered with ADENI – what happens next?

After receiving your CV we will thoroughly examine it and get in touch with you afterwards. If your profile fits the requirements of a position you have applied for, we will call you to discuss further details.

Can I apply for several positions at the same time?

Yes, you can apply for more than one position. Then it is sufficient to send your documents only once and mention the reference numbers in the “message” box on the application form.

Does ADENI cover vacancies all over Germany?

Yes, ADENI operates all over Germany. Our priorities are large urban areas suchs as Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich and Hamburg.

What are the main industries and sectors that ADENI covers?

Our clients are from several industries, mainly automotive, machinery, electrical engineering and chemistry.

What kind of positions does ADENI cover?

We are mostly in charge of positions in field sales (including technical sales), inside sales, administration, back office, im- and export processing as well as assistant positions. Furthermore, we are placing engineers for the aformentioned industries.

Can only candidates with work experience apply to ADENI or can newly graduated candidates apply as well?

Our services are available for candidates on each career level, starting from new graduates to experienced candidates.

I am still a student, when would be the best timing to apply?

Most of our positions are to be filled as soon as possible. Therefore the best timing to apply would be in your last semester of university. Nevertheless you can apply at ADENI at any time.

ADENI is specialised in positions connected to East Asia, but are for all jobs e.g. in Japanese companies Japanese language skills needed?

No, the language skills always depend on the position. For some positions advanced Japanese skills are required, for others Japanese is not necessary at all.

Does ADENI have positions available for students of Japanese science with no further qualifications?

Yes, we frequently have positions for students of Japanese science, also for new graduates. Please feel free to register with us at any time, also regardless of the currently advertised job vacancies.

Does ADENI offer direct employment or temporary employment?

ADENI solely places candidates in favourable direct employment. If your application is successful and it comes to a contract you will be directly employed at our client’s company.

Is ADENI only in charge of full time or also part time positions?

Most of our positions are full time, but we do have part time positions available as well. If you are only interested in part time positions, please let us know and we will support you.

How long does it take until a successful placement?

The time of the application period is dependent on different factors and can therefore vary. We will keep you updated regulary about new possible job openings.

How are my personal data handled? Will my CV be sent to companies without my consent?

Your personal data will be handled with the utmost care and according to the GDPR. Your personal data will not be forwared or sent to anyone without your consent. We will forward your CV only after you have agreed to an introduction for a certain position we will have discussed with you beforehand. What shall I do if my application status changes?

Should you find a job and no longer require our services please inform us by mail or phone. You can stay registered at ADENI if you want to be informed about new positions in the future.
