Sales Assistant with Korean language skills (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Creating and checking shipping documents, customs clearance documents
  • Arranging the shipment schedule with customers
  • Issuing PO, invoices and other purchase and sales documents
  • Warehouse management
  • Managing related lists (e.g. Excel)
  • Checking status of incoming payments, reminding customers when needed
  • Other administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • successful graduation of university or other education
  • Excellent Korean OR German language skills
  • Experience in sales assistance/ inside sales or logistics or purchase desirable
  • Communicative, team player, ambitious
  • Proficient MS Office skills
